Here you can get between 3 months and 2 years in jail if you get caught racing.

Seems like it's preety much the same as here. It's a bit worse here I think.

Anyway, please tell me then what rights do the Police have if they come when people are racing. I mean effectively racing not preparing an so on. And, can they record cars/licence plates when they patrol around gatherings?
